With Oola Bowls experiencing rapid franchise growth, it became clear that the visual identity needed to evolve to match the elevated product offering and upscale brand. After enlisting an agency to help with the initial direction and concepts, I led the full-scale execution across every customer touchpoint to roll out the new brand at a national level. This included updating and redesigning all marketing materials, native mobile app, website, email campaigns, social media, third party delivery online ordering storefronts, store interiors, in-store POP, TV menus, drive-thru menus, posters, window decals, exterior signage, and more.

Operating at the intersection of lifestyle and functional foods, Oola now offers a curated range of products and experiences designed to nurture the whole human. Our new brand system communicates this mission with a fresh, modern aesthetic—one that inspires balance, energy, and community. From the physical store environment to the digital ordering experience, every detail reflects Oola’s vision to lead the way in functional food culture and help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

A mock up of our store environment shows how the new brand conceptually plays into stores as we open new locations across different territories. Most notable is the purple 'smile' wall, to help encourage social virality and build the smile as a recognizable part of the Oola brand.

I also needed to develop Oola branded designs for customer experience materials including plasticware, food packaging, merchandise, employee uniforms, and more.

Carrying out the new brand across digital as well as print materials.
